The Orange Covenant Preschool is an educational outreach of the church. We are proud of our thirty years of service to the community of Orange.

We have a half-day (9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.) program offered for ages 2 1/2 - 5 years old. They learn through a developmental curriculum set in a Christian environment. We offer a daily Early Bird program as well as the Lunch Bunch and Friday Extended Day programs. Our classes meet on a two day schedule, three day schedule or a five day schedule.

The leadership and staff are looking forward to an exciting and enriching year. We desire to serve our parents as well as their children in order to help promote a rich family experience that God had intended.

The preschool is open to all who wish to attend regardless of race, creed or denomination. For further information, please call 633-0402.

Staff: Each of our teachers hold either an Early Childhood Certificate or has a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood. We are proud of the level of education and experience of our teachers. We are licensed by the State of California through the Department of Social Services of the County of Orange. The teachers are convinced of the benefits of meaningful communication with the parents regarding their children. Parent conferences are held twice a year and give parent and teacher time to evaluate the child’s year. We encourage parent volunteers and parent visitations to the classroom. You are welcome at any time.

Chapel Time: The children attend chapel twice a month, where they hear a Bible story usually taken from the series called "Read Aloud Bible Stories". Songs are sung and usually a Pastor is leading our 15 minute service.

Enrollment: We are a half day program that can be attended for 5 days or for 3 days or for 2 days. We are licensed for 2 1/2 year olds (potty trained) to 5 year olds who are preparing for Kindergarten.

We would be pleased to have your child attend our school. It is our aim to have a happy, healthy experience waiting for your child each and every day. Here he will have his first teacher and his first friends; he will encounter math and language concepts for the first time, gaining a new confidence in himself. He will be exposed to music, both singing and instrument playing. We have established a large motor skills program that is integrated in our daily recess time. As I write he I also mean she too!

Our curriculum is developmental and reaches each child in age appropriate groupings and lessons. We believe strongly in a "hands on" program that allows for individual differences. Our preschool is an exciting place where the Word of God is honored in the relating of Bible stories and the teaching of character values such as truth, caring, giving and honoring each other...We do this because God does this for us. All our lessons inspire art related projects and drawing.

Visits during school sessions are recommended as you will be able to see our program in action. Our classes are never above 12 students and each teacher has her own classroom insuring individual attention and less distractions.
