Frank Riley is the senior pastor of Orange Covenant Church.  He has been married to Jenny for 14 years and is the father  of two children,  Cora and  Jack whom they call the "energizer babies."  Natives of Southern California, the Riley's have recently returned from ministry in Minnesota, which means Frank  has had to trade in his cross country skies for a mountain bike, running shoes and a swimming pool.  A graduate of Fuller Theological Seminary (MDiv '94), Frank combines wonderful energy (we know where his kids get theirs!) with messages for today's world.

Scott Nelson is our Associate Pastor to Students at Orange Covenant Church. Scott has been doing youth ministry for almost 10 years now  He has done youth ministry in California, Chicago, and Minnesota (cold!).  He loves graphic design, guitar, and Greek, but more than that he likes spending time with his wife Hannah, and his kids, Ben and Ruth. Scott and his family have already been a blessing to our Student Ministries and we look forward to a bright and productive future here as our Associate Pastor to Youth. 

Brian King is our church planter as the pastor of our daughter church, circlechurch of west Orange.  He is happily married to Laura, and they have a 3 year old son, Asher.  Brian grew up in the laid back community of Santa Barbara, where he played soccer and spent many joyous hours working in the kitchens of local restaurants.  Brian is a huge Laker fan.  He balances his spiritual life through reading books by Henri Nouwen and Philip Yancey, and as only a parent can do, finding theological meaning in movies like Bambi and Toy Story.  Brian also thinks he can cook, paint, and sing.

David Burke is our Music Minister.  Growing up in Australia for much of  his childhood, Dave will tell you he lost the accent as soon as he could (shucks!).  A graduate of Azusa Pacific University, Dave's fervor for his alma mater often spills over from his seat in the stands onto the basketball court when APU plays (especially against arch rival Biola).  David brings to Orange Covenant his great talent and strong commitment to passionate worship.


Andrews Family.gif (9310 bytes)Kacie Andrews is our  Minister to Children. Coming  to us from the Seattle area, Kacie is also the Kindergarten teacher in our Pre-School.  Kacie's teaching and personal style with children bring wonder and newness to everything she touches.  Definitely the smallest member of our staff, don't let her size fool you!
